Video #2 I’ll show you the best practices when it comes to setting goals. You’ll never get anywhere without a destination. I teach you exactly how to set yourself up for success.

Video #3 In this video I will walk you through the steps of creating your own golf specific fitness program. Where to start, which exercises to do, how many you should be doing. This is the bread and butter of getting better, and I teach you how to get there.

Video #4 Design your own home gym! To be successful with any exercise program you need easy access to equipment and there is no better place than your home. I’ll show you everything you need to set up your own golf specific training area right at your own home.

Video #5 You can do all of the above, but if you don’t stick to the plan, it’s all a waste of time and energy. In this video I’ll share with you all the little things that may come up and throw you off track, and how to overcome them.
